Q. Are you a franchised distributor?
A. Yes, we are a franchised distributor for some of our products. Inland Empire Components, Inc. is franchised for Aratron II Electronics, an American manufacturer of quality ESD products. We also represent Princeton Technology and Optifuse. We continue to add franchised product lines. Our company was started as an independent stocking distributor. We stock millions of board-level components including hard-to-find, highly-allocated, and obsolete, as well as commonly available parts. We are proud of our ability to service our customer base with solutions to electronic component obsolescence and shortages.

Q. What if the parts I need are not in your inventory?
A. Inland Empire Components is in the business of meeting our customers' needs. We stock commonly available, hard- to-find, long-lead-time, and obsolete semiconductor inventory. In many cases what you need is on our shelf ready to ship today. When parts are not in stock we utilize our exclusive, worldwide, pre-approved vendor partnerships to locate available product. This literally gives us access to billions of semiconductors worldwide.

Q. What is your minimum order?
A. Inland Empire Components has a $100 minimum for orders of in-stock product.

Q. How soon can you deliver?
A. Orders placed by 3:30 PST for in-stock product are shipped the same day. Orders placed for product that we procure from our vendor partnerships are subject to slightly longer lead times.

Q. How much will shipping cost?
A. Shipping is based on a number of factors including weight, distance and location, therefore it varies from order to order.
